I guess it's my fault. A year ago when I turned on the Bachelor (Sean) as a joke I never knew that I would be sucked into the Bachelor nation. But there I was last night watching Des' heart get broken by a guy she only met a month ago, Brooks.

Even more surprising to me was how badly my girlfriend took it.

"It's just a TV show!" I said.

"But she's a real person."

I have sat through most of the episodes with my laptop on make satirical comments about how bad the guys were or how fake the love is. But as Chris Harrison keeps saying "It's all about the journey."

So I guess we will see next week if Des will pick non-nondescript guy with blond hair or nondescript guy with brown hair.
